Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy for Women in Midlife
Licensed in NY, NJ, Registered Telehealth Provider in FL
Who I Work With
I provide depth-oriented individual psychotherapy for women in midlife (primarily ages 35-55) who are experiencing anxiety, emotional shifts, or significant life transitions.
My clinical focus includes:
Women whose affairs have been discovered (not betrayed partners)
High-achieving women navigating midlife transitions
Anxiety that intensifies during perimenopause or menopause
Trauma-related patterns that resurface during midlife transitions
Identity disruption after affair discovery
My work commonly addresses:
Anxiety that feels persistent, intrusive, or resistant to surface coping strategies
Emotional shifts associated with perimenopause and menopause
The psychological aftermath of having an affair discovered
Resurfacing trauma or unresolved past experiences
Internal conflict, self-criticism, or identity disruption in midlife
I primarily work with high-functioning, responsible women who are managing careers, families, and complex relational dynamics while feeling internally unsettled or activated.

Sessions are typically scheduled weekly for 50 minutes.
This is not short-term coaching or symptom-only intervention. The focus is on understanding and addressing the underlying patterns contributing to anxiety, relational distress, and identity shifts.
My work is best suited for women who are psychologically minded and open to self-examination.
Affair-Specific Work
I provide individual therapy specifically for women whose affairs have been discovered.
This is does not include:

Affair recovery for the partner who was cheated on
This is individual psychotherapy focused on:
The internal crisis following discovery
Identity disruption and self-concept

Accountability and self-understanding
Stabilizing emotionally before making long-term relational decisions
Perimenopause, Menopause & Midlife Anxiety
Many women I work with are experiencing:
Anxiety that worsens during perimenopause or menopause
