About your Instructor

I’m Carol Covelli, LCSW.

I’m a trauma-trained therapist who specializes in supporting clients in midlife through anxiety, transitions, and emotional challenges connected to, or exacerbated by, perimenopause and menopause.

I bring a supportive, grounded presence to our sessions and create space for all the parts of you, especially the ones that feel tired, uncertain, or unseen.

I’ve been supporting each of my client’s journeys for almost 20 years. I’ve seen clients dismissed or misunderstood—not because their provider wasn’t skilled, but because no one ever taught them how perimenopause can show up in the therapy room.

I built this minicourse to fill that gap—for therapists, coaches, and integrative providers who want to stay attuned and effective with every client, whether they specialize in midlife or not.
